ABOUT PAUL NICHOLL
I appreciate the driving factors in Projects and understand their delivery and effects on the whole business. I have technical drive and determination to fulfill a project to completion. I have been contracting the last 5 years with mainly blue chip companies. This has provided me with a good deal of experience in a variety of fields and led to an appreciation of how problems are solved under differing leadership styles. My main areas of work have been Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Nuclear, Food and Process Engineering. These have come through a diverse range of companies from Proctor and Gamble and GEA through to relatively small companies focusing on bespoke design solutions. I am mechanical trained (M Eng.) but through the above exposure I have a good multi-skill based knowledge.
