I concentrate my practice on corporate law, business law, succession planning and real estate law. I am legal counsel to various corporations ranging in size from small, single shareholder to large multi-national corporations. I also represent numerous limited liability companies, sole proprietorships and partnerships. I have worked with closely held businesses and am involved in such transactional matters as business formation, acquisitions, mergers, commercial finance, and the construction and development of commercial realty. In addition, I have extensive experience in business succession planning and have assisted clients in the transfer or sale of their businesses to family members and the control of their businesses through the use of trusts and through the use of private trust companies. I am an Agent for Stewart Land Title Insurance Company and Examining Counsel for Ticor Title Insurance Company. I am admitted to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.
