Experienced Product Manager with a solid foundation in Business Analysis, boasting a successful track record in international roles across diverse industries. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels in collaborating with globally distributed teams to deliver top-notch solutions to customers worldwide.Currently, I am a Product Manager at Amplience, with ownership of the backend services for the Dynamic Content Platform. This includes managing Content Delivery APIs, Content Management APIs, and Content Delivery Service. In this multifaceted role, my focus lies on ensuring speed and reliability for delivery components, while also enriching the feature set on the management side. At Amplience, I\'ve been part of a team that has successfully delivered a large scale project to introduce and rollout a new GraphQL Delivery API. Along with this have also been involved in the introduction of a number of innovative features across the Platform.My previous experience at Computershare involved serving as the Product Owner for various teams and applications, encompassing internal APIs, User Management applications, and externally facing B2B Finance Web Applications. Engaged in larger multi-team projects, I collaborated with stakeholders from different business units.Prior to transitioning into the role of a Product Owner, I spent several years as a Business Analyst at Broadridge (formerly 4Sight Financial Software). This diverse role provided invaluable experience, including leading a major front/middle/back office platform upgrade project and offering on-site project support for clients across Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond.
