ABOUT PAUL MURPHY
After a ten-year career in Behavioral Health between 1989 and I have applied my passion to improve public and publicly funded services for 24 years in Santa Clara County. Whether I have worked to support elected officials with whom I share values to provide compassionate and effective services, or in my compliance roles of Auditor and Whistleblower Program Manager, my work is focused on modeling analytical proficiency and identifying and using levers to improve the lives of those served by the organization I am working for.Since March of 2024 I have been consulting for non profit organizations and local governments on projects aligned with my values. Stay tuned for more on the work I will be doing.And, I continue my service as Treasurer to The Alex Manfull Fund, a foundation that raises funds to support research and education around PANDAS/PANS, illnesses that strike youth causing suffering and trauma that can be avoided with early diagnosis and treatment.
