About Paul Mueller
Architect Paul C. Mueller has created Capital Reserve Studies for the private Club world since and formed Club Capital Planners in 2008.Using his architectural knowledge and nationwide experience, Paul conducts the onsite inspection and identification of the remaining service life and replacement costs for each of the Club’s physical assets. He determines the necessary expenditures for the capital repairs and replacement of the Club assets to forecast your Club\'s annual capital needs during the next 20 years. Paul contributes periodic articles for various industry publications and exhibits at the annual Club Managers of America Association conventions. Paul presented a seminar on Capital Reserve Studies at the 2013 San Diego CMAA convention and was part of the Global Golf Advisors\' Strategic Planning all day boot camp at the 2014 Orlando CMAA convention.We invite you to join more than 1,100 of your fellow professionals in our ever growing LinkedIn Group -Private Club Professionals.
