ABOUT PAUL MORTON

Over 20 years experience in the power generation business. I have worked on nuclear, coal, oil and gas fired power and CHP plants as well as a gas import and treatment plant at Connah\'s Quay that processed typically 3% of the UK\'s gas demand.I have a broad diversity of engineering experience including rotating plant, pressure parts plant, fuel and ash handling, FGD and production operations. This experience includes commissioning and bringing into successful commercial opertion a 1400MW CCGT power and CHP plant.The last 10 years of my career have been in senior management roles with a very sucessful track record of improving business performance and developing staff, often to fleet leading standards.Specialties: Commercial delivery, developing teams, mentoring and delivering business performance improvement.
