A senior, results focused, Project Manager (PMP & Scrum Master certified) with a career in the information technology sector spanning over thirty-eight years with over eighteen years of dedicated Project Management experience primarily focused in application development and integration. Previous responsibilities have included the supervision and mentoring of a team project managers and the tracking and allocation of project management resources to the project pipeline. Career highlights include: • Over eighteen years of project management experience in a technical consulting environment including management of globally resourced project teams. • Project experience spanning short term and multiple year assignments including one year as Service Delivery Manager of a team responsible for the technical support and a monthly release cycle of enhancement items for mission critical applications (the Air Canada website and Flight Pass application) • Management of complex geographically dispersed projects e.g. Customer located in Hawaii and delivery handled by a combined team of resources located in Montreal and India • PMO compliance auditing, process development and mentoring • Successfully assumed responsibility for troubled projects and improved customer satisfaction in all cases.
