I am an engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In my current role at AstraZeneca, I lead the development of Site Master Plans for our global R&D and Operations real estate portfolio, helping to make sure that our facilities meet our evolving business needs and deliver our amazing medicines to patients. I combine a strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, leveraging Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable transformations in team performance. I love to help teams achieve impactful change, fostering safe environments where collaboration and creativity thrive. One of the proudest moments in my career was leading the team that won the “IWFM Team of the Year” award in 2019, a testament to our exceptional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and commitment to excellence.When I\'m not doing any of the above you will probably find me riding my mountain bike.
