I take time to clearly define the steps within the process map all the way down to the end user/customer. I have a strong desire to continuously learn and strengthen my skills and broaden my knowledge into new areas of the business. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two wonderful kids in high school pursuing their dreams in engineering, band, and swimming. In my free time, I enjoy taking long bike rides (road and mountain), which allows for me to stop and see the world that goes by so fast.
