Marketing for Flats or Spikes entails building an experimental marketing program, interpreting results and iterating the experiment, defining KPIs for Flats or Spikes products and company, writing all copy for press releases, the website, social media posts, and managing the whole marketing process. Managing marketing initiatives including ideation for campaigns, managing campaign creation, and assessing product market fit. Aid in storyboarding of videos and messaging including directing film shoots as necessary. Developing all B2C sales funnels, capturing all marketing data, establishing Flats or Spikes CRM, and ensuring all automated workflows are functioning properly.
