I am an accomplished and highly motivated Delivery Manager with over 10 years’ experience working in digital transformation projects with CGI, Accenture and Kainos. I have worked with clients in the public and health sector including NHS Digital and the Scottish Government, as well as clients in Financial Services such as CYBG, Barclays and the Bank of Ireland. I have a passion for project delivery [specifically agile methodology] and pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through organisation, personal accountability and inspired teamwork. I have a track record for successful delivery from project initiation to project closure, working across all delivery phases in large scale digital agile programmes, managing a variety of cross-functional teams. My approach centres around establishing trusting and transparent relationships with the client, third parties and our teams. I am passionate about delivering projects e2e, from discovery to go live and beyond. I create and manage [internal & external] multi-disciplined, collaborative Agile teams, encompassing UR, UX, Content Design, BAs, DEV, QA, Ops, Data Analytics & Support that deliver digital transformation agendas. I aim to ensure we are building the right thing [using user-centric research] as well as building it in the right way [through iterative delivery]. I promote a culture of innovation and mission command by regularly engaging with teams and giving them freedom to deliver… after clearly articulating the vision. I am quick to celebrate success but don’t shy away from difficult conversations. Commercially responsible, I regularly complete revenue forecasts, support the creation of statements of work and complete month end activities, including invoicing. I have identified opportunities to bring Kainos people into my project and have helped to set direction with senior management in road mapping sessions.
