Review and interpret specifications and plans; Review design options, make recommendations and provide solutions on cost, engineering, quality, and availability of materials. Organize and incorporate historical data into centralized estimating database. Analyze completed projects and perform cost-analysis. Supervise and assign estimator’s weekly activities / tasks, hire new talent to fulfill department needs.
