Over the past 25 years, I have helped organisations evolve by tapping into one of their most valuable assets; their data. Leveraging a combination of technical, commercial, and leadership expertise I have implemented ground-breaking solutions that have had a real impact on bottom-line results. Over my career, I have worked across Australia, Asia, and the UK in both client servicing and client-side roles.In a world with an increasing focus on data analytics and AI, organisations are struggling to understand how to successfully invest in this space. The pathway to success lies not only in the technology that is applied but equally in the organisational process and cultural change required to best leverage the technology. My strength is my experience in being able to rapidly deliver tangible business benefits as part of a broader strategy to a large-scale technical and organisational solution. Having spent the first decade of my career as what we would today call a Data Engineer, I am currently working for the UK’s largest telecommunication provider leading a team of over 130 people. I enjoy my work the most when producing solutions that scale with highly-capable like-minded professionals who want to grow and learn.
