Striving to make the student - university match process a better experience, with better outcomes, for all. That mission is being fulfilled through my current role with Encoura. I\'m also motivated by being an extension of our university partners\' enrollment teams as we utilize our technology and knowledge to identify opportunities and threats.I also currently Co-Chair the Horizon Award Scholarship Committee within SACAC.Encoura (previously ACT | NRCCUA) is a membership organization that links colleges and universities to the nation’s largest college and career planning program for students seeking post-secondary guidance. In addition, members can receive exclusive access to Encoura® Data Lab—an educational data science, analytics, and research platform. Since 1972, Encoura has been a leading provider of data, technology, and programs servicing public and private colleges and universities to enhance their marketing and recruiting efforts.My primary expertise is on Data Trends, Strategic Planning, Enrollment & Recruitment Strategies, Teamwork and Public Speaking.
