About Paul McPhail

As a decisive C-suite executive with 25+ years of experience in corporate financial functions, I specialize in cash flow and profit improvement. My background spans diverse industries including manufacturing, food and technology. I\'ve also gained broad exposure to the financial nuances of both American and multinational companies while working for organizations like Kraft Foods (Tombstone Pizza), Wisconsin Plastics Inc. and Noran Instruments Inc. My unique promise of value includes implementing processes and controls organization-wide to minimize costs and maximizing efficiencies. I\'m equally adept at forming relationships with banking and other financial institutions to support seamless finance functions. My extensive experience in creating KPIs, budgets and forecasts to elevate value and profitability also sets me apart from my peers. Early in my career, I quickly scaled the professional ladder, landing my first CFO role at a custom injection molding and tooling manufacturer. Most recently, I was recruited by a former colleague to serve as CFO of a plastic injection molding company, driving turnaround efforts while overseeing company-wide finance operations. Notably, I brought the organization from $600K underwater to turning a profit via championing strategic changes. I also directed a company restructuring to amplify synergies and initiated price increases on selected products and services to grow revenue. My colleagues describe me as ambitious and loyal. No matter the complexity of the task or initiative, I\'m there for the long haul. I consider myself a difference maker and transformational leader-someone who embraces and executes effective change. One of my most valuable skills is my ability to bring different functional areas together to achieve a common goal. If you think that we could have a valuable partnership, feel free to send me a message. I look forward to meeting you! Paul M••••••••@gmail.com
