I have over 20 years\' post qualification litigation experience acting for large financial institution clients in a broad range of complex and high value disputes in the financial services sector. I have extensive experience in advising in relation to claims involving the alleged mis-sale of hedging products and fixed rate loans, with a particular focus on claims involving allegations of fraud.I am very experienced in the field of professional negligence and related fraud claims. This includes complex high value disputes against solicitors, monitoring surveyors and valuers in a range of different sectors. My experience extends to commercial buildings (hotels, offices, student accommodation, retail, holiday parks, nursing homes) and high end residential properties, as well as in relation to luxury assets such as private jets. I also provide advice on issues such as insurance coverage, securitisation, aggregation, contested guarantees, secured and unsecured recoveries, title defects and operational issues such as document retention policies, lending criteria and risk management.
