ABOUT PAUL MCMAHON

With over 14 years experience in the Prison Service and thereafter 9 years of experience in the private security sector, I am now a Senior Security Operations Manager at First Response Group, where I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of security operations for various clients. I hold two certifications in drone operations, A2CofC and GVC, which enable me to provide aerial surveillance and intelligence to support security missions. I also have a master\'s degree in Security & Risk Management from the University of Leicester, which equips me with the theoretical and practical knowledge to assess and mitigate security threats and risks. Additionally, I have skills and experience in close protection, having worked as a direct-to-client close protection specialist for 10 months, and as an enforcement officer at Marston Holdings for three years. My core competencies include physical security, security management, close protection, risk analysis, and drone operations. I am passionate about providing high-quality and reliable security services to protect the safety and assets of my clients. I am also committed to learning and improving my skills and knowledge in the security field, and to collaborating and supporting my team and colleagues.
