With over two decades of experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, and molecular biology, I am currently the Chief Scientific Officer at Archetype Therapeutics. My mission is to bridge the translational gap in drug discovery by leveraging AI, chemoinformatics, and real-world evidence to revolutionize therapeutic development. Passionate about utilizing clinicogenomic data to connect disease biology with clinical outcomes, I bring diverse perspectives and innovative strategies to our team. At Archetype Therapeutics, I lead efforts to develop an AI-native drug discovery platform that simulates therapeutic molecule testing end-to-end, accelerating breakthroughs in patient care. By integrating cutting-edge technologies with deep scientific expertise, our team is advancing treatments tailored to specific disease cohorts. See: co-founders have spent over two decades working with world-class teams in pharmaceutical companies and analytics startups with a focus on utilizing patient clinicogenomic data to characterize disease and to link disease-specific biology with clinical outcomes. What has been missing is the ability to test existing and novel therapeutic molecules in silico end-to-end from a proposed molecule to a clinical readout in a patient cohort of interest. Finally, leveraging advances in AI, chemoinformatic tools, and real-world evidence (RWE) patient data, we have in Archetype built a platform to bridge the translational gap between drug discovery and patient disease outcomes.
