ABOUT PAUL MATHERSMITH

Experienced Agile Coach and Transformation Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the public sector and financial services industry. Skilled in Agile methodologies and practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban, but also scaling Agile. Also skilled in Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Value Realisation and Journey Mapping, as well as motivation and promoting phycological safety. Many years experience in large scale agile transformation programmes of work, including coaching and mentoring new and experienced teams to enable idea to value to be delivered faster using agile and lean methods. Also experienced in enterprise coaching with senior leadership teams and organisation design/restructuring. Strong understanding of complex and demanding programmes of work, with the ability to undertake product owner and delivery lead roles. A professional and optimistic outlook with a keen interest in complex and challenging roles, with years of hands on experience allowing for a tailored, common sense and realistic approach to the needs of an organisation.
