Part of a start-up company tasked with putting in place an infrastructure suitable to build and manage a variety of operations principally in the Automotive sector. Prepared and presented to the Board an Infrastructure Plan for the business which was aligned to the overall Business Plan and provided a roadmap of what would be required to achieve the business goals. Some of my selected contributions are.• Introduced Kanban methodology for greater visibility of requirements and progress through each project.• Utilised Cloud Infrastructure including Data Warehouse (GCP & more recently Snowflake), Tableau Cloud, Managed File Transfer solution, Data Storage and CRM to receive and manage client data.• Built a database (MS SQL) and managed running of an Aftersales project for a Motorbike Manufacturer which saw a 30% uplift in an Extended Warranty programme.• Designed, built and documented complete scalable and robust Recall database in MS SQL and BigQuery (specifically for the reporting layer), principally for the Automotive sector along with a front-end web application in ASP.Net with C#, for use by a Contact Centre to manage inbound calls with reporting in Tableau Cloud. Now being piloted by multiple Automotive clients.• Utilised Tableau to develop visually engaging dashboards and reports, translating raw data into actionable insights.
