ABOUT PAUL MARSHALL
With a solid foundation in education recruitment, I accumulated extensive expertise in building highly successful recruitment desks during the early stages of my career. Progressing further, I assumed leadership positions, overseeing large recruitment teams across various prominent cities in the UK for a multinational organisation. In 2016, I was asked to establish Tradewind Recruitment in South Yorkshire.Seeking personal growth, I pursued an MBA in 2018 and moved into a strategic role with Tradewind & Sanza. In this capacity, I led the national candidate function, with responsibility for candidate attraction, recruitment, and utilisation.leveraging my industry knowledge and experience, in 2020 I devised and launched the Tradewind & Sanza IMPACT Academy, a market leading training program for aspiring education recruitment talent. I currently lead the organisations talent acquisition and talent management teams, with responsibility for recruiting and developing recruitment consultants.
