Initially managed both the PCCE team(see below) and the first Cloud team in the Cisco Collaboration Business Unit. Led the first \"incubation and exploration team\", helped establish training plan for 30+ engineers with Industry leaders in Cloud Development, led the first platform(PAAS) team, co-established working relationships and joint developments across other Cisco Cloud business units, and currently managing the Cisco Context Service Offer.(https://developer.cisco.com/site/context-service/discover/overview/). Context Service is an enterprise class, public cloud hosted service that provides a rich metadata object storage with public APIs that allow enterprises to integrate rich data collection with every customer to business interaction. All projects involved in are ground-up, multi-national team organized, full stack(IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) development projects.
