I love my job. I wake up every day thrilled to be working with people committed to taking energy forward and making it more affordable, secure, and sustainable. And I’m proud that, as Senior Vice President for Production Solutions, I’m steering a team that’s delivering cutting-edge production technologies and services that optimize both efficiency and sustainability across the energy sector. We’re helping our customers unlock the shortest-cycle, lowest-carbon barrel possible. Since starting my career at Baker Hughes in 2005, I’ve taken on diverse challenges from R&D to M&A. This journey has pushed the limits of my resilience and creativity in roles such as Senior Vice President of Well Construction, Global Drilling Services VP, and Asia Pacific OFS VP, to name a few. But each of these positions has been a building block in my understanding of the global energy landscape and helped reinforce my commitment to maximizing the value we deliver for our customers.Throughout my career, I’ve worked hard to develop myself personally and professionally but i am very much a work in progress and I hope that never changes. Building on the solid foundation of my Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Lamar University, I’ve been awarded nine patents for technologies used in deepwater plays and unconventional reservoirs. I’ve also continued to grow as a leader by earning an Executive MBA with Highest Honors from the University of Houston and expanding my business perspective through the Duke University Global Leadership Program. Family, both personal and professional, is central to my life and leadership style because I believe our success is defined by how effectively we engage and collaborate with one another. That’s why I work every day to foster an environment where professional growth and personal support go hand in hand. I dont always get it right but I work hard every day to get better.
