ABOUT PAUL MABBERLEY

My coaching enables people to communicate more effectively, feel confident in their ability and find an authentic voice to speak with clarity and conviction. Specialising in communications, peak-performance and mindset skills, I have worked for almost 2 decades supporting major global and FTSE 100 firms with a client base of Directors, MD\'s and C-suite employees. Having overcome a deep-rooted fear of public speaking earlier in life, my experience has given me unique insight, particularly in helping others to break down conscious and unconscious barriers. I am an NLP practitioner and use emotional freedom technique (EFT) to enhance my coaching. In addition to 1:1 and group coaching, I regularly deliver talks to audiences of 100-300 with feedback ranging from \"insightful, fun and informative\" to \"effortlessly engaging\". My style is equal parts relaxed, energetic and focused – I help people to live a more connected life, both with themselves and with those around them.
