Managing Director of Wave International Ltd, Paul has over 40 years of expertise ranging from oilfield engineering to developing, designing, manufacturing and distributing worldwide a range of filtration products that reduce marine environmental pollution.A past President and Board Member of British Marine, the UK’s marine trade industry body, Paul’s experience with innovative filtering techniques and technologies used in the oil industry led him to develop the Wave International range of filtration products for marine leisure and commercial vessels. With extensive experience of taking new products from concept through to manufacture, Paul has expertise in managing R&D plans including product specifications, materials sourcing and testing, and field trials. He has worked with associates and affiliates including The Research Institute for Industry at Southampton University, and has extensive experience in applying for and attaining appropriate product accreditations from organisations including Lloyds Register Type Approval. Paul has established international sales, service and product support for Wave International through a network of worldwide distributors, reaching markets ranging from the leisure boat owner, inland waterways craft, through to superyachts, workboats and commercial shipping.Under Paul’s leadership, Wave International continues to grow with new products launched and in development.
