ABOUT PAUL M.
Paul Mincher is the Founder and CEO of SAFE-Matter™, a global trust framework designed to address a growing failure in how life-critical systems are certified, governed, and defended after deployment. With a background spanning safety systems, connected technology, and real-world risk environments, Paul’s work focuses on a simple but increasingly urgent question: how do we prove that systems designed to protect life are still trustworthy at the moment they are needed. As buildings, infrastructure, and safety devices become software-defined, remotely updated, and operationally dynamic, Paul has been a consistent voice highlighting the legal, insurance, and accountability gaps created by static, point-in-time certification. His writing and advisory work examine how evidence, telemetry, and governance must evolve to meet modern duty-of-care expectations.Through SAFE-Matter™, Paul is developing a live trust and assurance model that records what was known, when it was known, and what action was possible creating defensible evidence for regulators, insurers, duty holders, and courts without assigning blame or relying on assumptions.Paul is a regular contributor to Cyber Defense Magazine and engages with regulators, insurers, technologists, and risk professionals on the future of accountability in physical and cyber-physical systems.
