Hi - I\'m Paul, an ERP transformation specialist, delivery director, and strategy consultant.I help my clients to not only develop IT strategies that have ERP at the heart, but also support and lead in the end-to-end delivery and value realisation.My approach is to understand the organisation I\'m working with including the external market in which they operate (following industry trends, current challenges, and competitive landscape).
