About Paul Luttrell
I am a seasoned Business Development veteran, with my latest accomplishment being the successful commercial launch of Minimally Invasive Foot & Ankle into the U.S. with Wright and Stryker. Ten years ago this market did not exist, but is now the fastest growing segment in F&A. I have many people to thank that supported me and believed in what we were doing.you know who you are.and it has been a singular career accomplishment as a Marketing/Business Development professional to see this market explode, even among those who were originally skeptical. However, it did take some time to get to this point in my career. I have launched global orthopaedic products, marketed complex fixed income products to some of the largest financial institutions in the country, and managed to start a business and raise a family in between. I am an expert at change mastery, having sold and marketed everything from paper products to Japanese hip implants, always assimilating knowledge and moving up the learning curve quickly. I am outgoing, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. I use strategic vision to segment my markets and see around corners, then carefully craft and execute my plans with an eye towards pivoting. As Mike Tyson has stated, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. My success in each phase of my career has been attributed to taking the time to envision it then simply doing what it takes to own it.
