   As Senior Legal Counsel I oversee the day to day legal operations for all of DICE in North America. These responsibilities include: Drafting, editing, commenting on and refining all contractual agreements to be signed in connection with DICE FM Inc, Leading the implementation of Federal and State compliance policies across the organization,Offering strategic counsel to all parts of the business in various business, personel, and related matters, Engaging with DICE Partners in order to answer any and all legal questions related to their business relationship with DICE, Overseeing and direct outside counsel on a variety of matters, Serve as a sounding board for internal changes in policy.As Government Affairs Lead I oversee the daily responses and crafting of our legislative and public policy agenda. I work closely with our communications and marketing teams to help drive and direct messaging and input on key pieces of legislation, and on non-legislative state a local initiatives on ticketing.
