About Paul Levine

As a Commercial Realtor and Real Estate Income Tax Consultant, I leverage my over 50 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant to help clients buy, sell, finance, and refinance commercial real estate. I also use my expertise in income tax laws to save or defer taxes for my clients, boosting their cash flow. I work with my clients to create a real estate investment portfolio that meets their goals and provides them with cash flow, appreciation, and income tax benefits. I am passionate about using my creativity and knowledge of the income tax code to benefit my clients, not the IRS. I am also a licensed Commercial Realtor, and I have successfully negotiated the sale of two of my accounting clients to public companies, one of which was E I DuPont. I have also audited mortgage companies and worked as a forensic accountant, valuing businesses, negotiating settlements, and serving as an expert witness. I have had ten \"no change\" Internal Revenue Service audits in a row for my clients, demonstrating my ability to effectively navigate complex tax situations.
