Assent Building Control offers clients and design teams a flexible resource to enable you to meet building regulations on all built environment – this ensure it becomes an integral part of your project from inception to completion.We are your Corporate Building Control Approved Inspector working to industry codes of conduct, and building control performance standards, working to dispel the myth that building regulations are costly, slow and painful. I have been the manager of the Surrey office for nearly 9 years now – it was originally set up January 2010 to service the West and South of London, and the Surrey areas. We have become very effective in the high end residential, commercial building and fit out market, due to our brand and materials knowledge. Our approach is progressive and client focused, and our objective is to simplify the Building Regulations process in a time scale that suits the pace of London. Our main strength is in creating good client relationships, with open and active communication, and our client feedback indicates that our attention to design and detail helps to create a better end product
