Higher Education scholar-practitioner whose work examines and advances the integration of student wellness, leadership development, and student success within collegiate environments. With over a decade of experience, my research is grounded in assessment and theory-informed approaches to institutional strategy and student development.My scholarly and professional focus centers on student wellbeing as a structural condition for learning, persistence, and leadership development. I am particularly interested in how wellness-informed institutional practices, especially those attentive to equity and lived experience, shape retention, engagement, and holistic student outcomes.My research sits at the intersection of higher education leadership, public health–informed wellness frameworks, and biologically grounded understandings of wellness. I specialize in translating evidence into practice through program design, partnership development, and systems-level leadership that advances institutional effectiveness.Guided by a commitment to inquiry, service, and strategic leadership, I seek to cultivate campus cultures in which academic success, leadership, and wellbeing are intentionally aligned, empirically grounded, and institutionally embedded.
