Provided single, multi-unit, and regional hospitality management experience to bear in leading over 300 hotel/restaurant development, asset management, and advisory projects in over 200 U.S. and international markets. Held direct responsibility for execution and design of comprehensive financial reporting packages including supply & demand modeling, variance analysis, site selection analysis, impact analysis, and IRR/ROI analysis. Served as Lead Asset Manager for limited and full-service hotel and conference center properties, while assisting with new operator RFP processes, evaluating hotel transactions, renovation/CapEx management, negotiating management/franchise agreements, and establishing business support protocols. Ultimate responsibility for conducting over $1B in hotel asset appraisal/valuation projects for a variety of hospitality assets. Led market feasibility, operational reviews, and concept/creative design for projects throughout the U.S. and for the U.S. Armed Forces.
