About Paul Lalli

As Senior Vice President of Labor & Colleague Relations at CVS Health, I am responsible for developing and implementing a proactive, integrated labor strategy that supports our business objectives as a leading health solutions company. Collaborating across all functions and divisions, our north star is cultivating and supporting a highly engaged workforce across our colleagues. Prior to joining CVS Health, I served as Senior Vice President of Human Rights, Labor and Employee relations at The Coca-Cola Company. There, I led a global team in driving respect for human rights in own operations and supply chain and oversaw the company’s global labor relations strategy and positive employee relations program. Prior to Coca-Cola, I was Global Counsel, Labor and Human Rights at The General Electric Company. Before going in-house, I was a partner at the global law firm of Kilpatrick Stockton where my practice focused on management-side labor relations.Paul earned his BA Degree in Economics from Emory University and his J.D Degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
