ABOUT PAUL KRAUSE

I am a UCC Business Expert at Ingram Micro, a leading global provider of technology solutions and services. I have more than six years of experience in designing and implementing video conferencing solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and usability. I am certified by Microsoft, Jabra, HP Poly, and Logitech in their latest technologies and products, and I have a strong background in call routing and project management. I have established close relations with a large number of Ingram Micro resellers across EMEA, and supported our local pre-sales teams in developing solutions based on our vendors\' portfolio. I have also created and initiated innovative campaigns, demo programs, and partner development programs that increased customer satisfaction and retention. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi, where I gained solid technical skills and knowledge in the UCC field. I am passionate about staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the UCC field, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.
