Paul graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Philosophy. He is currently a Technology Consulting Manager in the Aerospace and Defense Practice at Accenture. He has a demonstrated ability to lead, train, coach, and mentor across multiple disciplines including: IT enterprise transformation, program/project management, intelligence operations and analysis, governance and development, training, transportation/logistics, and medical services. His transformational leadership style and strategic mindset are credited for his ability to effectively initiate and lead change in organizations, groups, self and others. His experience leading and developing cross-functional and globally dispersed teams will add value to any client. Finally, and most importantly, joyfully married to Nicole Knudtson for over 25 years. Together we have five amazing children: Vanessa (27), Nathaniel (25), Alexandra (22), Nicholas (18), and Kayden (Gena)(14).
