As CEO of GetThru, I lead a peer-to-peer messaging platform serving nonprofit advocacy and higher education advancement.In higher education, texting has become a core channel for alumni engagement and annual giving—helping advancement teams increase participation, strengthen donor relationships, and complement traditional email outreach with meaningful, two-way conversation.Beyond higher ed, we support large-scale mobilization for advocacy organizations, unions, campaigns, and other mission-driven institutions—establishing texting as a high-impact channel for scalable, real-time advocacy and community activation.My path to this role spans strategic finance leadership, entrepreneurial growth, and deep collaboration with product and engineering teams, along with experience in higher education. That combination shapes how I lead: with operational discipline, product rigor, and a long-term commitment to building durable, high-impact technology for mission-driven organizations.
