Led GMP effort consisting of rehabilitation and seismic upgrade of 21 historic buildings, construction of 14 new buildings and extensive site work situated within the Golden Gate National Parks. LEED Gold Certified. Preconstruction Specialist, SF Blu: SF Blu is a $88M, 20 story, 114-unit luxury residential condominium project in downtown San Francisco. Responsibilities included leading the estimating team on the competitive GMP and estimating support during construction.
