About Paul Klein
I\'m an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, LiveStrong Cancer Survivor Program Coach and YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program Facilitator based in Seattle, Washington. I teach Group Exercise and train private clients in person and over Zoom. I\'m a Kettlebell Sport Coach and Competitive Kettlebell Athlete lifting in North America and Europe. Growing up in Fresno, California I fell in love with baseball and theatre, playing catcher for the Varsity Team while finding time to act on stage in high school plays. After college I relocated to Seattle in the early 90s to pursue a theatre career. When not working on stage, a boyhood exuberance for ice hockey and aviation were reawakened. Soon singing at professional sports games launched a National Anthem career which I’ve been doing for many local sports teams (especially the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League) since 19••••98 and also earned my Private Pilot Certificate at Boeing Field in 2007.A Fitness Coaching career started along with a fascination with Kettlebell Sport lifting. Solid results competing in my first competition in Berkley, California in 2015 sparked a new passion for Kettlebell Sport Lifting and Coaching. I am passionate about health, fitness, the performing arts, athletics and world travel. I believe the pursuit of artistic and athletic development helps us find personal fulfillment while connecting us with others through the expression of our authentic selves. To me there is no more purposeful way to live the life you\'ve been granted. Learn, practice, train and play. All it takes is all you got.
