Morgan, within Corporate Treasury Consulting, my focus is the same core system that defines every enterprise’s financial health — the orchestration of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury. I help finance leaders modernize those functions, design automation strategies, and build data-driven frameworks that make liquidity visible and controllable in real time.That work draws on years of first hand/primary research watching and learning how companies manage invoices/payables, billings/receivables, and cash positioning/forecasting — studies that I chose to memorialize in the AP automation and vendor-evaluation research I published with Datos Insights. Through that research, I explored what truly drives efficiency and how technology choices influence yield, discount capture, and cash predictability.Before that, I built and led a consulting practice dedicated to understanding AP, AR, and Treasury operations from the inside out — observing hundreds of organizations, mapping workflows, and tracing how everyday process design affects liquidity outcomes. Those experiences revealed a universal pattern: when these three functions align, performance compounds. When they don’t, capital hides.Across every stage of my work, the spine remains constant — connecting how money moves with how businesses grow. Whether advising a global treasury, designing product strategy, or publishing research, my goal is the same: to help organizations see, manage, and free their liquidity.
