In this senior leadership role, I managed complex, multi-dimensional operations while fostering collaboration across diverse organizational functions to support mission readiness and operational excellence.Physical Security:I lead comprehensive physical security and emergency preparedness programs for the HQ USSOCOM Joint Task Force, ensuring the protection of critical assets, personnel, and facilities. I enforce compliance with stringent security frameworks such as ICD 705, DODM 5205.07 Vol 3, and applicable international codes, maintaining the highest standards of operational security.Continuity of Operations (COOP):I oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of COOP plans, including recovery protocols and relocation strategies for key personnel. These efforts ensure seamless mission continuity during crises or disruptions, preserving organizational resilience under all conditions.Emergency Preparedness:I drive task force-wide emergency preparedness initiatives, coordinating evacuation plans, personnel accountability systems, and risk mitigation measures. Additionally, I lead the execution of tabletop exercises for General Officer to enhance readiness and ensure effective crisis response across the command.Military Construction Liaison:I serve as the primary liaison between the Joint Task Force command, construction agencies, SOCOM Engineers, and contractors. In this role, I ensure alignment of project design, timelines, and budgets with mission requirements, maintain compliance with DoD regulations, and facilitate timely issue resolution throughout project execution.Through strategic leadership, proactive risk management, and cross-functional coordination, I contribute to maintaining a secure and mission-ready environment critical to USSOCOM’s global operations.
