   Paul King has over 25-years experience in the identification, evaluation, development planning, construction management, and operation of urban redevelopment and environmentally responsible historic rehabilitation projects. His experience spans early career work as a hands-on renovator of rehabilitation on his own historic properties to managing construction and leasing/sales divisions of the real estate company, Rex Property & Land, LLC.Under Mr. King\'s guidance, Rex Property & Land, LLC has completed dozens of successful urban redevelopment and historic preservation tax credit eligible projects. Recently completed projects include the Patrick-Pund House multifamily rehab and Fearey-Dunn Building (mixed use - commercial / residential).Mr. King has full P&L responsibility at the firm.Mr. King was one of the developers of Historic Augusta Inc.\'s Preservation for Profit workshop. The course has been certified for continuing education credits. Mr. King remains an instructor for the workshop.Mr. King completed the National Trust for Historic Preservation\'s Leader Training: Capstone Experience in Beaufort, SC 2012.Mr. King holds both General Contractor and Real Estate Broker licenses in the State of Georgia.Mr. King has a BS in Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
