ABOUT PAUL KENNETH KRYDER ED. D.

Eager to share my experiences as an educator and as an instructional leader to advocate for all students in the school and the community. Experienced career & technical educator that strives to prepare students for continuing their education and/or entering the world of work in the twenty-first century. I have an unique combination of education experience coupled with fifteen years of construction and industrial experience in the electrical and electronic fields;with a solid backround in PA core standards, technology, data analysis and a desire to continually learn and grow.• Experienced in the development, planning, organization and implementation of a career & technical education programs working closely with occupational advisory committees, administration, post-secondary institutions, industries, businesses and community leaders• Experienced in the development of pathways curriculum and creating partnerships with post-secondary institutions to expand and enhance career & technical and academic course offerings• Experience, knowledge and understanding of facility and energy management • Skilled in adult education and professional development training• Use of data-driven decision making to guide budgeting, curriculum and resource allocation• Knowledgeable in use of the instructional technology including, Internet, Microsoft Windows®, Computer Systems (MAC and PC), and a variety of educational software and learning management systems• Knowledge of state reporting requirements and setting goals for student achievement outcomes• Knowledgeable in supervision, safety procedures, assessments and evaluations and well-informed on the PDE Teacher Effectiveness System.•.
