Retired PwC Partner as of September 2023. As a Partner at PwC, I led our US Advisory Financial Services Deals Transformation Practice. I focused on helping to shape, prioritize and achieve deal strategies, and optimize the value related to M&A transactions. I led value creation synergy assessments, IT and operations due diligence, complex sell-side divestitures, buy side carveouts and integrations. I have over 30 years combined industry and consulting experience, and I\'ve applied my skills in a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, software, media and entertainment, commercial real estate, industrial chemicals & plastics, and oil & gas. My M&A experience includes over 22 years advising clients on the full life cycle of a deal. I have advised multinational corporate and private equity clients diligence, plan and achieve the value of their global complex transactions. I have significant experience in value creation synergy assessments, separation and integration plans, and transition services agreement structuring, costing and execution. I also frequently advises clients on improving their M&A processes, including the development of M&A playbooks and programs. I earned an MBA from Harvard University, and a BS Mechanical Engineering with Highest Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I\'m an avid skier and cyclist, and an active advocate for cancer treatment and awareness through the Pan Mass Challenge and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, as well as animal advocacy through the Scituate, MA Animal Shelter.
