About Paul Kelly

After 20 years as a project manager and division president working in the engineering, construction, and consulting industry, I decided it was time to quit working for a large firm and start something of my own. And that\'s when the fun began.Eight years ago — along with eight others and two cats — we began Integrated Building Solutions out of my house (now we’ve grown substantially and long gone from the neighborhood). From the start, I wanted to create a company with a distinctive less traditional corporate culture. It would be a no BS company, but built on values everyone had a hand in shaping. Learning from Gino Wickman and his best seller, Traction, we are an Entrepreneurial Operating System (“EOS”) company and commit to practicing these core values:• We CARE• We LISTEN• We ANTICIPATE• We INNOVATE • We DOWe\'re a fast-moving company that\'s known by some of the world’s largest retailers. We design, build, and maintain electrical, fire, and Safety systems including arc flash assessments and NFPA 70E training for companies nationwide to increase their electrical safety and compliance.Our team members wear a lot of hats and we’re passionate about what we do. Because our customers\' expectations are demanding, we work hard and have each other\'s backs. We\'re all entrepreneurs disguised as project managers, project coordinators, and superintendents — growing a business that we and our customers love.
