It\'s the distance between the analyst and the decision maker. My work sits at that intersection: translating complex business challenges into analytical solutions, aligning stakeholders from the C-suite to the front line, and developing teams that deliver with both rigour and confidence.Today I lead Home Lending Analytics at Wells Fargo — partnering with business leaders to turn data into decisions.
