BakerHicks is the Professional Services DesignEngineering and Project Delivery arm of MorganSindall, a UK FTSE 250 listed organisation.BakerHicks specialises in complex infrastructure, process and built environmentsacross the full project life cycle.As a project controls professional, I am responsible for developing and managing integrated master schedules, establishing robust cost and resource baselines in accordance with NEC contracts, and coordinating all project activities from inception to completion. I monitor project performance against planned metrics, identify and communicate deviations from the agreed scope, and provide commercial reporting incorporating metrics such as EVM analysis. I maintain project documentation, plan works in conjunction with the project team and client requirements, prepare detailed planning information, and liaise with stakeholders to obtain critical planning information. I provide full schedule analysis, identify risks and conflicts, report slippages against baselines, and advise on potential impacts on critical activities whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
