I am a Scaleup Director on the Innovate UK Business Growth Scaleup Programme. This is a Government funded national business support programme for ambitious SME companies in the UK, who are established and ready to rapidly scale their innovative businesses. I act as an Account Director with certain clients and provide strategy, investment readiness and CEO mentoring support to others. I have supported over thirty scaling businesses over the last five years. I work with a coaching and mentoring approach to support my clients. I also have over the years invested personally in twelve early stage businesses and have been a Non Exec Director and Board Observer with some of these.
