Lead business analyst for an exciting new product for Virgin Media, Paul worked with the product manager to define the new Wi-Fi Sharing service that VM want to launch initially within the UK and then throughout Europe. Using a collaborative approach and through workshops, a set of high level requirements were captured and used by the business to \'size\' the project enabling funding to be secured and a plan to be constructed. The high level requirements were enriched and detailed business requirements were captured and recorded in Use Case format. All this information was recorded in Enterprise Architect and documentation produced using eaDocX. Paul used the tool to further record compliance for the the solution and to analyse the business processes that need to be amended or put in place to support the service.A similar approach is being taken to elicit and record the requirements for \'CCUK\', a program to be delivered in conjunction with 3 other major broadband service providers that is looking to educate customers about copyright and the negative impact of copyright infringement.
