ABOUT PAUL JANSEN
I help organisations become \'high-trust\', tackling their challenges by mobilising the passion and abilities of their people through practices based on trust, transparency and curiosity. I am an expert in the famous Buurtzorg model, and have introduced its concept and underlying principles of ‘self-management’ or ‘teal’ to many organisations in and outside the UK, predominantly - but not exclusively - in health and care providers. I specialise in supporting start-ups and scale-ups in making fundamental,\'high-trust\' organisational choices that will determine their later success. I also work with organisations in the health and care system in taking a whole-system, integrated approach to organising and delivering care and creating the conditions that allow new ways of working to take hold. An excellent, personable communicator, and having worked with countless organisations across sectors, I inspire and generate buy-in amongst diverse stakeholders for ambitious and thought-provoking concepts. I was voted Praxis Interim Manager of the Year 2007 and am an INSEAD Executive MBA graduate (2004; with Distinction).
